WEBSITE TERMS
Royal Consulting Website Terms of Use
The conditions that apply when you use the Royal Consulting website or contact us about consulting services.
Effective and last updated October 5, 2026.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate product terms, subscription terms, statements of work, order forms, or customer agreements control the services covered by those documents.
1. Informational website
Website content describes Royal Computer Consulting capabilities and general approaches. It is provided for general information and may be changed or withdrawn. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, employment, security, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a promise that a particular design, platform, result, schedule, or service is suitable or available for you.
2. No consulting relationship from website use
Viewing the website, sending an email, or discussing a possible project does not create a client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only when authorized parties enter a written agreement that identifies the scope, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality obligations, and other applicable terms. Do not send credentials, secrets, regulated data, or unnecessary confidential information before appropriate written protections are in place.
3. Rates, proposals, and results
The displayed $85 USD hourly rate is a general corp-to-corp rate and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance by using this website. Availability, minimums, scope, expenses, taxes, payment schedule, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing. Estimates are planning assumptions unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise. No business, technical, revenue, savings, compliance, or implementation outcome is guaranteed.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation of Royal Consulting services. You may not interfere with the website, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape at a volume that disrupts service, misrepresent affiliation, use content to violate law or another person’s rights, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
Website text, design, graphics, logos, and original materials are owned by Royal Computer Consulting or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view the website for its intended purpose. Salesforce and Salesforce product names are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Other company and product names belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship, certification, partnership, or endorsement.
6. Third-party services and links
Third-party services, platforms, documentation, and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, security, accuracy, or changes. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply before providing information or relying on a third-party service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Royal Computer Consulting disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Computer Consulting and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from website use. For a claim arising solely from the free public website, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid specifically to use the website during the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may change the website or these terms. The “last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to info@royalcomputerconsulting.com.
